By "Zhenzhen" you probably mean "Shenzhen", the city located between Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
In Wuhan you depart from Wuchang Railway Station. Although in most cases Chinese a railway station is named after the city or town in which it is located, Wuhan is an exception.
There are seven or so trains going from Wuchang to Shenzhen, the earliest during the day departs at 2 pm and arrives in Shenzhen at noon time the next day. The latest departure is at 10:40 pm. The fastest train from Wuchang to Shenzhen is the one that departs a little before 8:00 pm; it arrives in Shenzhen after 7:00 am next morning, giving a total travel time of 11 hours. Since all these trains run at night time, you should get a sleeping berth. A trip in a soft sleeping berth from Wuchang to Shenzhen costs about 400 Chinese dollars; in a hard sleeping berth, 300 dollars or so. You don't want to try a hard seat for such a trip.
There are also now high-speed trains between Wuhan and Guangzhou. Total travel time between these two cities is no more than 4 hours. In your case, if you go by these trains, you'll have take to ride a bus from Guangzhou to Shenzhen, which is trip of about an hour. There are high-speed train services between Wuhan and Guangzhou from early morning into the evening. Fares are a little higher than those for standard trains. These trains depart from the newly openned Wuhan high-speed train station.
