Q: Where can I get Long Distance Bus from Shenzhen to Yiwu? What is the address,Telephone Numbers & Website of Long Distance Bus Station of Shenzhen?

First of all, please keep in mind that, by highway, the distance between Shenzhen and Yiwu is approximately 1,600 km. This means unusually long bus ride. There are buses with sleepers, but generally this is not considered a nice way to travel over such a long distance, especially for a foreign traveler.

There is daily train that goes from Shenzhen to Yiwu. It departs about 1:00 pm and arrive early next morning. Train travel time is about 15 hours. From Guangzhou there are three Yiwu-bound trains everyday. Departure times range from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Generally it is more comfortable and safer to travel long distance by train than by bus, that is if you can get a sleeping berth on a train. A soft-sleeper ticket for the Shenzhen-Yiwu train ride costs about 450 Chinese dollars. A hard-sleeper ticket, 300 Chinese dollars. You can a seat for about 200 dollars, but, again, it is 15-17 long hours to sit there. In terms of cost, there should not be a big difference between your train fare or bus fare.

One problem with traveling by train is that train tickets are harder to get than bus tickets. Most likely you have to purchase train tickets in advance. With some buses, you can show up and go, although in some cases this may not work.

You can also fly from Shenzhen to Yiwu. China Southern Airlines operate a flight from Shenzhen to Yiwu, which departs about 2:00 pm and arrive about 3 hours later. Fares vary depending when and how you get it; you may be looking about 800 Chinese dollars or so.

You of course need to double check the information before you make your travel plans. Bus travel time is about 15 hours. Some buses make a few stops on the way; others may go directly to Yiwu. Mostly buses are for native travelers, so it is unlikely that you'll find bus station websites in English. This also goes with the phone contacts.
