Q: How do I purchase in advance my coach ticket to Meizhou from Kowloon ? I'll be arriving and staying at B P International in Kowloon the night before leaving for Meizhou the next morning.

The Motor Transport Company of Guangdong and Hong Kong operate daily coach services to Meixian (part of Meizhou). You can probably purchase your tickets when you board your bus, but of course you want to make sure that you'll be able to go. The company's buses depart from, or pick up passengers at a dozen or so places in Hong Kong. At some of these places, the coaches leave very early in the morning. At the other places, there are three or so bus services to Meixian everyday, in the morning, around noon, and in the evening. One of the latter places is the cross-border bus station at No. 8 on Austin Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. If we're not mistaken, this is also the address for your hotel, B. P. International. You can contact your hotel to see if they can help you with your transportation to the mainland. It would be rather convenient for you if this works out.
