Q: Is there bus service from Hong Kong Airport to Meizhou? If not, then is there any bus from Kowloon to Meizhou? If yes, give me the name and address of the bus erminal/station where I can start the ride. Thanks.
We’re not aware of express coaches from Hong Kong Airport to Meizhou. The Motor Transport Company of Guangdong and Hong Kong operates coach service from Kowloon to Meixian (Mei County, a part of Meizhou, which a prefecture-level city). The bus makes a few stops in Kowloon and then moves on to Meixian. Total travel time is about six hours. You can check out their web site for more precise information. You can also call them at 2317 7900. Bus fare is about 130 Hong Kong dollars. The bus makes a number of stops in Meizhou, including Meizhou Qiche Keyun Zhan (Meizhou Bus Passenger Transportation Station).

There are buses from Hong Kong to Meizhou or Moiyen as Hakkas call it. It is about a 6 hour ride, ¥70, we started at 7:10AM. I dont know the exact bus terminal but it was in Connaught road area, sorry dont remember the exact locations...
