If you go by taxi directly to Shenzhen Baoan Airport, it may cost you ¥400-600, and you need to find and negotiate with a taxi driver.
Alternatively, you can first go by a fast train from Guangzhou to Shenzhen Railway Station. There you'll find Airport Express Bus that goes to the airport. Go with the D trains, which depart every 20 minutes or so. Train ride time from Guangzhou to Shenzhen is about one hour; train fare is about ¥75. The Airport Express Bus that connects Shenzhen Railway Station and Shenzhen Baoan Airport is No. 330. It departs every 15 minutes or so. Bus ride time is 50 minutes to one hour and fare is ¥20. Buses run from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
You can also first go by bus from Guangzhou to Fuyong, which is about 5 km from Baoan Airport. Once you arrive at Fuyong Bus Station, you can take a taxi to go to the airport. It has been reported, however, that some taxi drivers do not like the short runs from Furong Bus Station to the airport. You should be able to find Fuyong-bound buses at major long distance bus stations in Guangzhou - Tianhe Keyun Qiche Zhan (Tianhe Passenger Transportation Bus Station), Sheng Qiche Zhan (Provincial Bus Station), Guangzhou Qiche Keyun Zhan (Guangzhou Passenger Transportation Bus Station). Buses should be running every 30 minutes or so.
